POSITION OVERVIEW

Ther-Rx Corporation is seeking a Chargeback and Rebate Administrator to provide assistance with daily processing and reconciliation of contractual chargeback and rebate activities. You will process all managed care rebates including uploading data, preparing and analyzing reports, preparing documents, completing rebate correspondence, and tracking performance. In this role, you will need to be able to work with various cross functional groups and interdepartmental management on the maintenance of contract management systems, analysis of business opportunities, and process flow analysis. Your previous experience with JD Edwards, IMany and the CARS systems will be key to success, as you will be using these systems daily. Finally as the Chargeback and Rebase Administrator, you will be asked to analyze industry reports, generate monthly and quarterly reports, and assist the department where needed.

We are seeking high energy individuals who possess a strong work ethic, a commitment to compliance and business ethics, superior oral communication skills, and the ability to strategically plan and organize their work to maximize market opportunities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Ability to create, interpret, and communicate detailed report data.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and Word.
• Strong demonstrated analytical understanding and ability.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor degree in business, accounting, finance or business field - Required.
• Minimum 2 - 4 years in a customer service/sales support environment or financial support environment. Pharmaceutical experience is preferred.
